Domestic Shipping Methods

Free Shipping for Domestic Orders (within the continental U.S.)

Due to a temporary logistics change, all shipments will be made either on Friday for all orders received Monday - Thursday, and Monday for orders received from Friday - Sunday. Depending on your shipping method selected, we estimate you will receive your order within 5 business days of its ship date if you are in the United States. Shipping times may vary. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a $15 shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

International Shipping Methods 

We ship to most countries world wide via the US Postal Service (USPS).  BokuBaby can not be responsible for packages shipped internationally after handoff to USPS. Thank you for your understanding! We also currently do not ship to Russia.

Taxes and Customs

The cost of shipping does not cover the cost of customs, duties, or taxes where applicable. These are the responsibility of the customer. 


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your BokuBaby purchase so we offer a 20 day FREE domestic return policy, that means 20 days after you have received your shipment. Items must be in their original new condition with all tags attached for a full refund. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used for purchase. There is no restocking fee. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Also items marked as Final Sale are not valid for refunds or exchanges.


Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If everything looks good then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days but often sooner.

For US customers, email us at, include the item and product number for the items you want to return and we'll email you a free shipping label!

1. Put the goodies back into a box along with your invoice

2. Slap on our prepaid return shipping label

3. Drop off the box at UPS. Check out for locations.

If you misplace your return label or you’re not in the United States you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund so please don't lose your return shipping label.
